Pasardana.id - For those who is Keisei-type investor, please answers these 7 questions bellow. For this explanation we will use Mr. A as example, he is 32 years old and have Rp. 40.000.000 monthly income.

1. What Life Event is Your Target?

First, lets take a look example bellow: Mr. A intended to invest his wealth to buy his dream house before reaching 40. He plans to marry, have children, then buy his dream house. Well then, for you, what life event is your investment target for?

2. How Much Fund is Needed for Important Event in Our Life and How Long it is to Get the Fund?

If goal has been set, then the next step is we need to think the amount of fund needed and how long the investment will be. For fund needed, it is fine just giving rough estimation. Please take a look on the right table as reference

Mr. A has expect the fund needed to buy the house is Rp. 4.000.000.000. As the table in the right, then Mr. A need to prepare 20% of Rp. 4.000.000.000. According to the right table, he need to prepare Rp. 800.000.000 for DP of the house. Mr. A set target to buy the house before reaching 40 years old. Then because he is 32 now, he has 8 years for investing

3. What is the Total of Your Deposit or Savings now?

Simplest reason to invest is to do it with surplus fund. We need to think how to manage fund we already have combined with interest we get monthly, when choosing which product that become our investment target along how high the risk is.

Then how much is Mr. AââÅ¡¬ÃƒÆ’¢Ã…¾¢s surplus fund? Total savings that he has is Rp. 500.000.000 and emergency fund is Rp. 240.000.000, then what remains is Rp. 260.000.000.

6. How Much the Accumulation Amount that We Received Every Month?

There is one more thing. Here, we need to make sure there are fund that we can invest continuously every month.

Accumulating our investment every month can give major impact on investing.
